  1. HISTORY:    Back when "comp.sys.amiga" was actually a newsgroup and not
  2.         a hierarchy, there were several heated arguments going on,
  3.         all at the same time.  (After all, this was a multitasking
  4.         newsgroup.)
  5.  
  6.             o    C vs. assembly language.
  7.             o    Games that "take over the machine" vs.
  8.                 games that multitask.
  9.             o    Games that do/don't install on a hard drive.
  10.             o    Copy protection:  merits and methods.
  11.             o    Fantasy encounters involving goats.
  12.  
  13.         Nowadays, thankfully, all of these topics have been settled.
  14.         (BIG :-)) But the discussion caused me to write the article
  15.         which is now found in the file b/b.01.

  17.         To my great surprise, people thought it was a JOKE!  This
  18.         is why I have posted many followups to the original article,
  19.         to clear the record and convince everybody otherwise.
