- System Requirements:
-
- -Any Amiga Computer with Hard Drive and 4.5 mb free
-
- -AmigaGuide or Multiview (preferred)
-
- -Should run under KS1.3 or above, but only tested on KS3.1 (40.63).
- (Don't know what the 3.0 control codes will do to a 1.3 system,
- they should be ignored though).
-
- -If you are using KS/WB 3.1, there appears to be a bug in the
- amigaguide.datatype (v40.12). It still works fine, but one button
- is always blue on any given page. I find it annoying, so I use the
- WB3.0 version (v39.15).
-
- -The Trek-The.Guide .info file is in 8 colors using the MagicWB color
- scheme. If you don't use MagicWB, either live with it, or make
- another icon.

-
- This project was started because I had recorded all the Star Trek episodes
- over the last several years, and needed a way to catalog them. A simple
- database with episode titles was simply not enough. That would rely heavily
- on my memory as to what the episode was about. So, here it is, a complete
- Star Trek Database with episode synopsis, original airdates, pics and a
- complete guest cast listing. The pics included are scans of very rare
- episodical photos that were supplied to television stations that carried
- the series. Fortunately, I work for such a TV station and hence had access
- to a lot of rare promotional items (Most TV stations trashed the photos
- whenever they were finished with them).
-
- There are several ways to find or access a particular episode, the easiest
- is to go to the index and click on it (they are listed alphabetically).
- Another way is to decide which series (i.e. Next Generation or originals),
- pick the season which it aired, and then click on the episode title.
-
- Also listed in the index, is the complete guest list. Over 900 entries too.
- I'm not sure if this would be any use to any of you, but it's there nonetheless.
- The next release will have the guest cast cross referenced to the episodes
- as well.
