  5.               *The start*            
  6. You could just walk into the hall and
  7. put all the equipment on a table.When
  8. you had become finished you should go
  9. outside the hall to another hall and
  10. pay your entrance-fee which was 170
  11. NOK.You also got a votedisk when you 
  12. payed,which was a PC formatted High
  13. Density disk! So,Amiga owners had to
  14. vote on somebody's PC.
  15.  
  16.    * I need something to drink!! *   
  17. The organizer-team were placed on the
  18. scene.From them you could buy a coke
  19. for 10 NOK,but when they noticed that
  20. the sale went bad they offered people
  21. 2 cokes for 15 NOK.From them you could
  22. ONLY buy coke.I bet they had stored 
  23. about 1000 cokes up there.If you want-
  24. ed something to eat,you could walk 200
  25. metres and get to a store.Now,here you
  26. were able to get things cheap! It was
  27. also a fast food and video store at
  28. the same place.

  30.      * I love watching movies! *     
  31. In the cellar you were able to watch
  32. films on laserdisc.I'm sure that the
  33. screen had to about 40-50" or some-
  34. thing! There was also connected two
  35. loudspeakers which was big.There was
  36. also a kitchen down there,which every-
  37. body could make their own pizzas.The
  38. films were good,and many of them were
  39. very new too! I,for example,watched
  40. "Last(Lost?) Boy Scout" and "Forest
  41. Gump".

  43.   * I want that screen in my room! *
  44. Yes,as always,there was a big screen
  45. in the main hall which was supposed
  46. to be used for the competitions.There
  47. were also a loudspeaker on both sides
  48. of the screen.The bad thing was,they
  49. sometimes played modules on those
  50. speakers..LOUD! Later on,they showed
  51. some PC-demos on the screen.As some
  52. of the organizers are very funny them-
  53. selves,it became very funny when they
  54. made a story for the mpg's that they
  55. showed sometimes.

  57.        * POWER - Guess what! *
  58. No party without power-problems,right?
  59. In the beginning the power "went" 
  60. severall times,you could even watch a
  61. demo through before the screen faded.
  62. So,when we,after a couple of hours,
  63. figured out that it could take some
  64. time before the power would return for
  65. good,we,who's me and a couple of 
  66. friends,went down to the laserdisc-
  67. room.The next day all problems were
  68. solved,and so for the rest of the 
  69. party too!

  71.   * Too many PC lamers,too few Men * 
  72. I doubt that it was more than 20 Amiga
  73. owners at the party,totally! It wasn't
  74. many LAMERS amongst us.But about the
  75. PC guys..There were a couple of "zone-
  76. s" where there weren't any PC-lamers,
  77. but on other's screens you could sit
  78. down and watch DOOM all day long!!

  80.             * Competitions *          
  81. Here's a list of all the compos':
  82. PC 65kb intro.
  83. PC 4kb intro
  84. Amiga 4kb intro (NO competers!)
  85. 4ch Module
  86. Multi Channel Module.
  87. Graphics

  89. They started with the 4-channel module
  90. competition.It entered 8 or 9 modules
  91. or something.Most modules were based
  92. on rave and techno,which I didn't find
  93. very nice after a couple of days with
  94. headache! I cannot remember ANY res-
  95. ults because I did never get a chance
  96. to see them(I was sleeping).In the
  97. Multi Channel competition 16 modules
  98. competed.I liked 4 of them especially.
  99. These modules were also based a lot on
  100. rave etc.I think it entered about 9
  101. pictures in the gfx competition.One
  102. thing I hated with the results of
  103. this compo was that a MANGA picture
  104. won! I hate manga! I won't say much
  105. (nothing!) about the PC intro compo'
  106. and the PC 4kb intro compo.It entered
  107. 5 4kb intros and 9 65kb intros.
  108. Instead of getting money-prices,you
  109. get something else.Last year,the 
  110. first price for winning the music-
  111. competition was a 16bit sound-card(?).

  113.     * Party Network (So what!?) *    
  114. It was a network for PC owners at BUSH
  115. Party II. (.....)
  116.  
  117.    * Porsgrunn..City of RAVE (NOT) * 
  118. The party place is very close to Pors-
  119. grunn(which is my neighbour-city).And
  120. at nights it's a very good idea to go
  121. out.I talked with another guy from
  122. Horten(Norway!) who'd been in town at
  123. Friday night.I think he'd liked it..
  124. I also advise you to be above 21 yrs.

  126. So,you haven't been to BUSH Party
  127. before,eh? And you haven't heard about
  128. it either? And you feel like being on
  129. the next one? Why don't you drop a
  130. call next year(May/June) and I can
  131. tell you what I know about it!

  137. that your next diskmag still have some more space on the disk..Feel free
