  10. All phreakers in the U.S  probably know
  11. who F.B.I is, right ? And you also know
  12. that they  are pretty angry at you as a
  13. phreaker, right ? Every  time  you call
  14. you  get  nervous  and  start  thinking
  15. about F.B.I, right ?
  16.  
  17. Let's change on this so you can call as
  18. often you like and  be  sure  that  you 
  19. won't get caught. This  little box will
  20. give  you  that  freedom  so you better
  21. build it fast. Now  over  to  the  real
  22. article.............

  24. When the F.B.I wants to  trace  someone
  25. they uses a 'LOCK IN TRACE' device.They
  26. tap into the conversation like a three-
  27. way call, and when they are there  they
  28. connect the box  to the  line. What the
  29. box  really  do  is  that  it  gives  a
  30. certain voltage of power to the line so
  31. when you tries  to  hang  up  the power
  32.  
  33.  
  34. gets to  your  phone and  it will start
  35. ring like someone were calling you.This
  36. means that you  can't  quit  the  call.
  37. They got your line open forever so they
  38. have  plenty  of  time  tracing you all
  39. over AMERICA !!! So, what we must do to
  40. eliminate  the  trace  is  to lower the
  41. voltage level on your line.When someone
  42. picks  up  a  phone  the  voltage  does
  43. decrease a little,  you  could  ofcause
  44. connect hundreds of phones to your line
  45. and pick  them up  at the same time but
  46. that  will  cost  you  a  great deal of
  47. money  so  we  better  skip  that idea.
  48. That's the basic  idea,  you must drain
  49. all  the  power  out of the line so the
  50. you can hang up fast as hell  (then the
  51. F.B.I has nothing to trace, hehe).

  53. The materials you need to build the box
  54. is listed below,A BEOC(Basic Electrical
  55. Output  Socket),  a  small  lamp   type
  56. connection,where you only need a simple
  57. plug  and wire that you could plug into
  58. a light bulb.One of the cords mentioned
  59. above.  If you  can't find any then you
  60. got to build your own. Use same voltage
  61. connecton   but   remember   that   the
  62. restrainer must be built in the central
  63. box. You also  need two phone jack, one
  64. for  the   modem  and  one for if being
  65. traced to plug the aqua box into.

  67. The building  process  is  very simple,
  68. just  follow  this  instructions.  Your
  69. BEOC  could  drain  into  anything like
  70. radio or whatever.  The meaning of this
  71. is that you  gonna suck the voltage out
  72. from the phone line into the electrical
  73. appliance so  there would be no voltage
  74. left to lock you with.

  76. 1. Take the  connection  cord.  Examine
  77.    the  plug at the end, it should have
  78.    only  two  pongs.  If  it got three,
  79.    don't  fear,  but make sure that the 
  80.    electrical  appliance  is turned off
  81.    unless  you  want to become a crispy
  82.    critter while building this machine.
  83.    Most  plugs  will  have  a   plastic
  84.    design on the top of them to prevent
  85.    you   from   getting   in   at   the
  86.    electrical wires inside. Remove that
  87.    silly  protection. Look  inside  the
  88.    plug, you will see  that at the base
  89.    of the pongs there are a  few  wires
  90.    connecting in.  Those  wires conduct
  91.    the power into the appliance. Unwrap
  92.    the  wires  carefully  and pull them
  93.    out  until  they  are about one inch
  94.    ahead of the pongs.If you don't want
  95.    to  keep the jack, then just rip the
  96.    pongs out. If you do,cover the pongs
  97.    with isulation.Tape so they will not
  98.    connect with the  wires the power is
  99.    being drained form the line.

  101. 2> Do just  the  same  things  with the
  102.    prongs on the other plug,so you have
  103.    the wires evenly connected. You must
  104.    now wrap the end of the wires around
  105.    each other. After  you  wrapped  the
  106.    wires around  each  other, cover the
  107.    whole   thing  with the  plugs  with
  108.    insulating  tape. The  cram  all the
  109.    wires into your box and reclose it.

  111. 3> Now, you better re-check  everything
  112.    to make sure it's all in place. This
  113.    is a prety flimsy connection, but on
  114.    later  models   when  you  get  more
  115.    experienced  you  can solder away at
  116.    it ad form the whole device into one 
  117.    big box,  with  some  kind  of cheep
  118.    MATTEL hand-held  game  inside to be
  119.    the power connector.

  121. 4> Now try to connect it to  your jack,
  122.    but  if  you  see  any  sparks  just
  123.    unplug it and check all connections,
  124.    if not, it  will probably work fine.

  126. Now this mean-machine  is ready to  use
  127. and blow the F.B.I away forever !! Just
  128. plug it  in but don't use it unless the
  129. situation is totaly desperate. When the
  130. F.B.I has started the trace just unplug
  131. your phone and  turn  on the  appliance
  132. that  it  was  hooked  to. It will need
  133. energy to turn  itself on, and here's a
  134. great source..... The voltage to geep a
  135. line open is pretty  small and a simple
  136. light  bulb  should drait it all in and
  137. probably short  the  F.B.I  computer at
  138. the same time.
