  17. Is this the sort of Person we want on the scene? With so many People
  18. getting busted lately, you think to yourself "Did some one  Grass on
  19. them ?"

  21. A lot of people Know me on the Scene as Potsan. I have recently Upgraded
  22. My BBS to a 28·8K Modem. And in turn I sold my USR 14·4 Modem to A Man
  23. Called " BILL SMITH " , Obvious name I know, but this is His True name.
  24. 57 Years Old, Tel:01862-842451  Live in Milton Kildary -Ross-shire.
  25. Full Address Not Given , And Phone only given for Warning to other Sysops.
  26. This TXT file is not so Thousands of People Phone him and slag him off.
  27. Or help Him in his Quest to Bring Me Down.. ??

  29. He, Bought the Modem, and Also As in Good Faith I gave Him Access to My 
  30. BBS, and also , painstakingly typed out a whole set of Instructions, for
  31. Him on How to Use Ami Express. Also , I spent Several Days at his Home
  32. Trying to teach him how to use a Modem..

  34. The following week, He still could Not use it correctly, Ie. Flagging Files
  35. By Name with One too Many Space Characters In it!! So it said Not Found!!
  36. He coudnt work this One out..

  38. But for those Who Know Me, Know I had to Go Some where for Family resons
  39. for a Week, and I was NO longer Avaible to help this Man (CHILD) to Use
  40. HIs Modem, When I returned, I said , I would Give him some more help, But
  41. Was then called away, to the Hospital again. With my Baby Boy, So I was
  42. Yet Again Unavaible to Help him again, He Knew the Situation with My Baby
  43. Boy and , Still took Um!!

  45. He then Got it into His head, that ME charging Him £100 for a USR ROBOTIX
  46. and £10 for a Serial Lead, was Bad of Me, coz I didnt give him Enough Help.
  47. So after returning from Hospital Yet again. I found a Typed Letter posted
  48. through My Letterbox..

  50. Read the Letter for your selfs and see if you think He should Be allowed on
  51. the Scene, As a Sysop, I would hope this is a Warning, to other Sysops and
  52. People that may want to trade with this Man.

  58. I'm still trying to figure out why we have gotten into the position we have.

  60. On the strength of your Word I forked out £110 for a Modem, Spent quite a
  61. few pounds on phone calls trying to learn how to work it, sent off for 500
  62. disks and labels and sent your pal ************* for access to his system.
  63. Nearly £250 in all.

  65. You can only imagine how I feel about the runaround you are giving me.  I
  66. don`t like it.

  68. You have obviously no intention of keeping your word,, and since I am fed up
  69. being screwed, I have no alternative but to DOWNLOAD on you.  This will be 
  70. done on your accepted 3 to 1 ratio.

  74. 1   I am sending a copy of your catalogue to the DSS showing that you are
  75. running a business.  This should stop all you cash, housing allowance etc. 
  76. and your cat.  states 1994 I suspect you may have a little cash to repay.

  78. 2  A further copy of same plus directory listings will be sent to all 
  79. AMIGA magazines, they hate Pirates, and I am sure they will send details to
  80. the relevant software houses.  You say no-one has ever been prosecuted, 
  81. maybe they didn`t have the absolute proof of a catalogue.  We`ll find out.

  84. came from you, I am sending full details along with your catalogue disk to 
  85. the police.  I`m sure they will be interested in the part at the bottom
  86. which offers Porno Piccies.  They will find out if they came from you
