  2. On When the Murders Took Place
  3.  
  4. Ellen Aaronson.       Brentwood resident. Had a blind date
  5.                       with Danny Mandel that evening.
  6.  
  7. Francesca Harman      She testified that she didn´t hear
  8.                       any anusual noise when she drove by
  9.                       the crimescene around 10.20 pm.
  10.  
  11. Robert Heidstra       Brentwood resident. Testified that
  12.                       at 10.40 pm he heard two voices. He
  13.                       said that what he heard sounded like
  14.                       an argument, during which one of the
  15.                       two persons yelled "Hey, hey, hey!"
  16.                       Shortly afterwards he heared a gate
  17.                       slam. He said he couldn´t understand
  18.                       what the men were saying because of
  19.                       a dog barking.
  20.                       But he also testified that he saw a
  21.                       white car, possibly a Ford Bronco,
  22.                       leave the crimescene.

  24. Danny Mandel          Had a blind date with Ellen Aaronson.
  25.                       They both testified that after they
  26.                       had left the restaurant around 10 pm
  27.                       they walked down South Bundy. They
  28.                       said they didn´t notice anything
  29.                       unusual when they came across the
  30.                       crimescene and didn´t see or hear a
  31.                       barking dog.

  33. Denise Pilnak         Former neighbor of Nicole. Testified
  34.                       she didn´t hear anything unusual when
  35.                       she walked a friend to her car at
  36.                       10.18 pm. But at 10.35, when she went
  37.                       into her bathroom, she heared a dog
  38.                       barking. The dog was still barking
  39.                       when she went to bed at 12.30 pm.
