  2. about Detective Mark Fuhrman

  4. Mark Fuhrman          Former LAPD Detective. When called by
  5.                       the defense, Fuhrman said that the
  6.                       would wish to assert his Fifth
  7.                       Amendment Privilege. Under the Fifth
  8.                       Amendment he has the right not to
  9.                       testify when his testimony would
  10.                       incriminate himself.

  12. Laura Hart McKinny    Screenwriter. She testified that when
  13.                       interviewing Detective Fuhrman for
  14.                       her screenplay, she told him that she
  15.                       wanted realistic scenarios. During
  16.                       these taped conversations that became
  17. $                      known as the @Fuhrman Tapes@@ FURMN, Fuhrman
  18.                       made numerous racial statements and
  19.                       constantly used the so-called
  20.                       "N-Word".

  22. Roderic Hodge         This defense witness testified that
  23.                       when he got arrested by Officer
  24.                       Fuhrman in 1987, Fuhrman said to him:
  25.                       "I told you we´d get you, Nigger"
