  1. FELONY COMPLAINT FOR ARREST WARRANT

  5. The undersigned is informed and believes that:
  6.  
  7. COUNT ONE
  8.  
  9. On or about June 12, 1994, in the county of Los Angeles,
  10. the crime of murder, in violation of Penal Code Section 
  11. 187 (a), a felony, was committed by Orenthal James Simpson,
  12. who did willfully, unlawfully, and with malice aforethought
  13. murder Nicole Brown Simpson, a human being. Notice: The
  14. above offense is a serious felony within the meaning of
  15. Penal Code Section 1192.7 (c) (1). It is further alleged
  16. that in the commission and attempted commission of the
  17. above offense, the said defendant(s), Orenthal James
  18. Simpson, personally used a deadly and dangerous weapon(s),
  19. to wit, knife, said use not being an element of the above
  20. offense, within the meaning of Penal Code Section 12022 (b)
  21. and also causing the above offense to be a serious felony
  22. within the meaning of Penal Code Section 1192.7 (c) (23).

  25.  
  26. On or about June 12, 1994, in the county of Los Angeles,
  27. the crime of murder, in violation of Penal Code Section
  28. 187 (a), a felony, was committed by Orenthal James Simpson,
  29. who did willfully, unlawfully, and with malice aforethought
  30. murder Ronald Lyle Goldman, a human being. Notice: The
  31. above offense is a serious felony within the meaning of
  32. Penal Code Section 1192.7 (c) (1). It is further alleged
  33. that in the commission and attempted commission of the
  34. above offense, the said defendant(s), Orenthal James
  35. Simpson, personally used a  deadly and dangerous weapon(s),
  36. to wit, knife, said use not being an element of the above
  37. offense, within the meaning of Penal Code Section 12022 (b)
  38. and also causing the above offense to be a serious felony
  39. within the meaning of Penal Code Section 1192.7 (c) (23).

  41. It is further alleged as to Counts 1 and 2 the defendant
  42. has in this proceeding been convicted of more than one
  43. offense of murder in the first or second degree within the
  44. meaning of Penal Code Section 190.2 (a) (3).

  46. Further, attached hereto and incorporated herein are
  47. official reports and documents of a law enforcement agency
  48. which the undersigned believes establishes probable cause
  49. for the arrest of defendant(s), Orenthal James Simpson, for
  50. the above listed crimes. Wherefore, a warrant of arrest is
  51. requested for Orenthal James Simpson.

  53. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is
  54. true and correct and that this complaint, Case Number
  55. BA097211, consists of 2 count(s).
