  4. Denise Brown          Nicole´s Sister. Testified that O. J.
  5.                       called Nicole a "fat pig" while she
  6.                       was pregnant. She also talked about
  7.                       other incidents where O. J. harassed
  8.                       Nicole. Numerous times during her
  9.                       testimony she broke out in tears.

  13.                       seeing a frightened and bruised
  14.                       Nicole Simpson after responding to a
  15.                       911 call on January 1, 1989. The
  16.                       photos he took where introduced as

  19. Sharyn Gilbert        911 Operator. Testified about a 911
  20.                       call from Nicole on January 1, 1989.
  21.                       She said she could hear a woman
  22.                       screaming in the background what
  23.                       sounded like someone being beaten.

  26.                       Nicole on October 25, 1993.

  28. Michael Stevens       D. A. Investigator. Testified about
  29.                       the three letters found in Nicole´s
  30.                       safe deposit box, in which O. J.
  31.                       apologizes for beating her.
