  8. A new virus, worse than any virus every observed earlier, is spreading
  9. it self. The virus works throught the light-net and moves by rinding on
  10. the 50Hz-wave in AC. It atacks computer-systems by changing the
  11. pin-connections on the serial-port and by reversing the rotation-direction
  12. of the HD.
  13. It is reported that just in Murphy, West Dakota (USA), there is 300.000
  14. systems atacked. At the time beeing is is reported that the virus has
  15. infiltrated the operationsystems DOS, Unix, TOPS-20, Apple II, VMS, MVS,
  16. Multics, Mac, RSX-11, ITS, TRS-80 and VHS.
  17. To prevent that this ugly worm spreads more, you should follow these
  18. rules:
  19. 1. Don't use the light-net.
  20. 2. Don`t use batteries, becaquse roumors has it that the virus has invaded
  21.    several of the most important battery-plants and there it atacks the
  22.    positiv pole(You can try to connect to the negative pole only).
  23. 3. Don't UL/DL files.
  24. 4. Don't write files to disks or HD.
  25. 5. Don't Don't read BBS-messages.
  26. 6. Don't use serial, modems or telephone lines.
  27. 7. Don't use keyboards, monitors or printers.
  28. 8. Don't use switches, CPU's, ram, microprossessors or bigger machines.
  29. 9. Don't use electrical ligh, electrical heating, pouring water, open
  30.    fire, written work or clothes.

  32. We are confident that if all follow these 9 simple rules, it will be
  33. possible to exterminate this virus, and the lifepower of our computers
  34. can be held pure and clean.
