  1. Fake68030 - a quick hack, sets the installed CPU in exec as a 68030...

  6. Chronic, for some reason, fails if it cant find a 68o3o processor or higher.
  7. Actually, it will run on an a12oo with 4mb fast / 2 mb chip.
  8.  
  9. BUT! for some reason the demo has been packed with Powerpacker 4 (well, my
  10. version anyway), thus requiring a decrunch buffer and lots of memory.
  11. Solution: use xfddecrunch or any suitable decruncher to unpack Chronic onto
  12. your hard disk. Boot with no-startup sequence, run Fake68030, and THEN run
  13. the UNCRUNCHED version of Chronic.

  15. note: there are a few seconds of precalc before the demo begins, be patient :D
