  2.  Licence Agreement

  5.   The following short licence  agreement  is  written  in  english,  but
  6.   because  "HousePool"  is  a  german  product,  we  see  no need for an
  7.   complete english licence agreement.
  8.   But some important legal things in english:

  11.  Things you are NOT ALLOWED to do:

  13.  - you are NOT allowed to mirror the html-pages on you web-server
  14.    or site without a written permission of the HousePool Magazine.
  15.  
  16.  - you are NOT allowed to publish it on a DISK with a price over
  17.    5 DM/5 SFR/2 £/5 $ or on a CDROM with a price over 25 DM/25 SFR/
  18.    10 £/25 $ without written permission.
  19.  
  20.  - you are NOT allowed to earn any money with the product HousePool
  21.    except the following point:
  22.    - you may sell HousePool on a DISK or a CDROM, if the price is
  23.      under the above given limits. BUT please if you put it on some
  24.      DISK and/or CDROM, send us a copy.

  26.  - you are NOT allowed to perform HousePool on a commercial public
  27.    presentation without the given written permission of HousePool.

  30.  What you CAN do without any further permission:

  32.  - copy the Amigaguide Version as much as you can - but don´t sell
  33.    it for prices above the given limits !
  34.  
  35.  - tell everybody what a fine magazine HousePool is
  36.  
  37.  - show it your friends on a private presantation
  38.  
  39.  - put it on a CDROM, which you might produce - but watch the given
  40.    price limits !
  41.  
  42.  - read or use it as much as you want to !
  43.  
  44.  - make a remix of the HousePool Anthem !

  47.  IMPORTANT NOTE !
  48.  
  49.   All person (natural or legal entity), who will  act  contrary  to  the
  50.   above condition and to the conditions mentioned in the german language
  51.   legal- text-file, can expect civil juridical proceeding !
