  9. Well  then,  in  these articles I will
  10. talk  about the rivers and lakes which
  11. I  fish in and around Bristol and tell
  12. you  what type of tactics etc..  which
  13. you need to employ to get the best out
  14. of your fishing sessions on the bank!!
  15. Note:    these   tactics  for  various
  16. fishing  venues may vary from place to
  17. place  but  the general tactics should
  18. be more or less the same!!

  30. First  of  all I will introduce myself
  31. to  you:   My  real name is Neil and I
  32. have  been  fishing  for  only 4 years
  33. now!!   I  am  now  fishing for a team
  34. called Bathampton A.A juniors and have
  35. only  been  match  fishing  for  about
  36. 1/half years now!!  In the last year I
  37. have   won  many  trophies  (9  to  be
  38. exact!!) in matches involving about 10
  39. other  teams  of 6!!  I have also came
  40. 5th  and  4th in the last two years in
  41. the  Bristol  avon championships which
  42. about  100  people compete in from all
  43. over the Uk (some teams even came from
  44. Evesham!!)  My  team is also currently
  45. {te{E{6in a league called 'The Silstar summer
  46. league'  and I fished that league last
  47. year!!   This  league  is  put  over 5
  48. matches  in the summer months and this
  49. year there are 14 teams competing!!  I
  50. am  also  in  the intermediates (16-20
  51. year's  old)  team  and am fishing for
  52. them  this  year  in  loads  of  major
  53. matches  in  October!!  Our teams used
  54. to be sponsored by Silstar and we used
  55. to  get  free  seat-boxes and bait but
  56. some bastard in our team complianed to
  57. the company that he did'nt have all of
  58. the   free  stuff  and  we  don't  get
  59. support  now!!   As  I  fish the areas
  60. around  Bristol  almost  every week (2
  61. times  a week on holidays) I know what
  62. to use and when to use it when fishing
  63. these  waters!!  I am writing on these
  64. subject  because i've seen many people
  65. on  the  bank who simply have'nt got a
  66. qlue  so  this  might  be  usefull  to
  67. beginners  who  are still learning the
  68. first  steps!!   Anyway  it might give
  69. some pointers to experienced fishermen
  70. aswell!!
