  4. JtU : Please give an introduction of you and of your Group !

  6. TWL : Well, I can`t give you an introduction of my Group, but you certainly
  7.       can get one from me. I started computing somewhere in 1983 on a small
  8.       VC 20 ... this was a nice machine already ! Then my "career" continued
  9.       upon a C64 (of course ...) and later on I was the under the pioneers
  10.       of 1541 using. Those handy little drives did cost a fortune about six
  11.       years ago ! Anyway, I used it and learned BASIC (great, eh ?). But, as
  12.       some of you might have noticed, BASIC is real slow ... so the only
  13.       consequence for me was to learn ASSEMBLER. "Maschinensprache für Ein-
  14.       steiger" was my first "real" book for that machine !
  15.       I learned how to use Raster-IRQ's, Stack, Zeropage, Color-Register,
  16.       etc. ... ! Hmmmm ... I think I did a pretty nice job on my small
  17.       Demos and Intros. But I never had the chance for the great Break-
  18.       Trough. You simply don`t stand a chance as a lonesome guy in a lame
  19.       town !

  21.       Later on, I think it was about 1986/1987, I heard something from a
  22.       awful new machine from Commodore called "AMIGA" !
  23.  
  24.       I didn't care about this for a while. Then, two years later, I bought
  25.       one of those and ... tataaaa ! Here I am in Amiga Business !

  29. JtU : We've heard that you design a new PD series ! Tell us about that !
  30.  
  31. TWL : Well, to be honest, I didn't want to do something like that at all !
  32.       But some of those guys around here told me that this was something
  33.       new, I mean throwing together Intros and Demos, and so I thought "Why
  34.       not ?" !
  35.  
  36.       So I did some hard Crunching Work, Menu Painting and Compiling. Few
  37.       days later I had three disks with "DPD" finished. They were not that
  38.       bad after all, really ! (Ed. : They were boring old !) But, the next
  39.       day I received some disks from a good friend of mine and there I saw
  40.       some UGA stuff. I stopped my work then and so I think I'll never try
  41.       it again !

  45. JtU : How many disks have been made for your series ?

  47. TWL : I made three Disks for it !

  51. JtU : What are your main activities ?

  53. TWL : I actually have no main activities. I do something of everything. But,
  54.       if you want to know my CURRENT main activity ... it`s crunching and
  55.       compacking my Gigantic Utility #3 ! (Ed. : I said some lines before
  56.       something bad about his PD's, and so I must now say that his Gigantic
  57.       Utils are very good !!! Get one !)

  61. JtU : Have you got any Modem - Traders in your town ?

  63. TWL : Yo ! Actually some of them ... but they only trade Demos and Utils !

  67. JtU : Are you fighting with any group ?
  68.  
  69. TWL : No. If there is a mis-understanding or if someone thinks he can steal
  70.       my disks, I don't fight with Demos and ugly Insults. I get my alumi-
  71.       nium baseball-bat and beat those guys up ! If I want someone, I find
  72.       him ... 100%

  76. JtU : Have you been in any other Group before ?

  78. TWL : Yeah, several attempts to build up a new group here ... no chance !

  82. JtU : Do you have a some other hobbies ?

  84. TWL : Of course ... I like reading Perry Rhodan (SF), listening to Heavy
  85.       Metal Music, Electronics and Phonecalls !

  89. JtU : What do you want to tell us at the end ?

  91. TWL : Well, try to get legal. It's real fun swapping PD and Utilities. Keep
  92.       on Demo Coding and have some fun !  Make more Phonecalls, the Bundes-
  93.       post needs your money (He,He,He !) (Ed. : He's lucky to say that, be-
  94.       cause he haven't to pay for his  letters coz his  mummy works at the
  95.       post office !!!)
