  10. before using this software.  Use of this software indicates 
  11. your acceptance of these terms and conditions.  If you do not 
  12. agree with them, do not use the software.

  17. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the 
  18. software for a 30-day evaluation period; make as many copies 
  19. of the Shareware version of this software and documentation 
  20. as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware 
  21. version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of 
  22. the software and documentation in its unmodified form via 
  23. electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  25. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting 
  26. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from 
  27. distributing the software and/or documentation with other 
  28. products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written

  38. Evaluation and Registration

  40. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use 
  41. this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a 
  42. period of 30 days.  If you use this software after the 30-day 
  43. evaluation period a registration fee of $10.00 is required. 
  44. Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should 
  45. be sent to Dan Puraty, 3536 Kent Road, Stow, OH 44224-4602. 
  46. When payment is received you will receive a registered copy of
  47. the latest version of Wheel of Luck on diskette.

  49. One registered copy of Wheel of Luck may be dedicated to a 
  50. single person who uses the software on one or more computers 
  51. or to a single workstation used by multiple people.

  53. You may access the registered version of Wheel of Luck through 
  54. a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses 
  55. for the software covering all workstations that will access 
  56. the software through the network.

  61. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

  66. This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is"

  68. or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. Because 
  69. of the various hardware and software environments into which 
  70. Wheel of Luck may be put, no warranty of fitness for a 
  71. particular purpose is offered.

  74. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
