  3. 1. create a new directory, for instance, C:\SINKSUB
  4. 2. copy the files SINKSUB.EXE, SINKSUB.HLP to the new directory
  5. 3. copy the file BWCC.DLL to the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory
  6. 4. add SINKSUB.EXE to a Windows program group
