  11. To install Jet, you need to put the BWCC.DLL file either into the same 
  12. directory as Jet2.exe or put it into the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.  
  13. BWCC stands for Borland Windows Custom Controls and is used for many 
  14. applications created with Borland C++ 3.1.
