  32. *  Edit controls now permit characters in international phone numbers,
  33.    such as:  "(", ")", "+", "-", and " ".

  35. *  When running the Account Setup Wizard in US mode, the Account Setup
  36.    Wizard will not dial "1" for long distance or the area code if the
  37.    user is calling from the same area code as the registration server
  38.    phone number.
