  4. To access these tools on your CD-ROM: Windows 3.1, use the
  5. file manager to access your CD-ROM drive. Windows 95, use
  6. Windows Explorer to access your CD-ROM drive.

  8. The folder named COOLSOFT includes the following tools:

  10. * Netscape Navigator(TM) Personal Edition Netscape Navigator
  11. Personal Edition evaluation software gives you easy access
  12. to the Internet.

  14. Windows 3.1 users can also select Run from the File menu,
  15. and then type D:\COOLSOFT\NETSCAPE\WIN31\SETUP.EXE (where D
  16. is the letter of your CD-ROM drive).

  18. Windows 95 users could also select Run from the Start
  19. button, and then type
  20. D:\COOLSOFT\NETSCAPE\WIN95\SETUP.EXE (where D is the
  21. letter of your CD-ROM drive).

  23. The Account Setup Wizard will offer you a list of Internet
  24. service providers to choose from and will walk you through
  25. the easy installation process.

  27. * Kodak Photo CD Access Plus Software This software is made
  28. up of two applications: Access, which allows you to display
  29. and modify high-quality photographic images that come on a
  30. Photo CD, and Player, which lets you view the contents of a
  31. Photo CD as you would view a slide presentation.

  33. * Kodak PicturePostcard This software allows you to email
  34. "postcards" that contain photos and messages over the
  35. Internet.

  37. * Adobe Tryouts In this folder are demos of various
  38. publishing and graphics tools created by Adobe Systems.
  39. These include: Adobe Photoshop(R) 3.05 Adobe
  40. PageMaker(R):6.0

  42. For those running Windows 95 only: Also in the Adobe folder
  43. is an interactive presentation created by mFactory using
  44. mTropolis, the coolest object-oriented authoring tool for
  45. creating interactive multimedia projects. The presentation
  46. showcases the latest Adobe software used in 24 Hours in
  47. Cyberspace.

  49. * America Online America Online is offering a 15-hour free
  50. trial of its service. Enclosed with this CD-ROM is a card
  51. with a registration number and password. You'll need these
  52. to redeem your free trial.

  55. provider offering a free trial of its service. Enclosed with
  56. this CD-ROM is a card with a registration number and
  57. password. You'll need these to redeem your free trial.
