- CHAPTER 5 - TECHNICAL SUPPORT
-
-
-
- I have attempted to design StampBase to be easy to use. Still, I will be
- happy to help you if you encounter a problem. Contact me by one of the
- following methods:
-
-
- Telephone (608) 273-2739
-
- Probably the best way to solve a problem. It is easier to provide
- assistance when I can speak with you directly. Call me during the
- following times:
-
- Monday - Friday 7 - 9 PM
- Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM
-
- All times are Central Standard Time.
-
- Please try to be in front of your computer with the program operating.
- It is difficult to diagnose a software problem if you are not at the
- computer.
