  4.  Unlicensed copies of Wilson WindowWare products are 100% fully functional.
  5.  We make them this way so that you can have a real look at them, and then
  6.  decide whether they fit your needs or not.  Our entire business depends
  7.  on your honesty.  If you use it, we expect you to pay for it.  We feel
  8.  that if we treat you right, you will treat us right.
  9.  
  10.  Unlicensed copies of our products do have a pesky registration reminder
  11.  screen that pops up whenever you start the program.  This shouldn't
  12.  really affect your evaluation od our software.

  14.  We're sure that once you see the incredible quality of our software,
  15.  you will dig out your credit card, pick up the phone, call the nice
  16.  people at our 800 number and register the software.

  18.  When you pay for the shareware you like, you are voting with your
  19.  pocketbook, and will encourage us to bring you more of the same kinds
  20.  of products.  Pay for what you like, and voila, more of what you like
  21.  will almost magically be developed.

  35.                HOW TO INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE
  36.  
  37.   Use our snazzy setup program...
  38.  
  39.         1) Close down all extraneous Windows applications.  
  40.            (You do have to be in Windows to run WSETUP.EXE)
  41.  
  42.         2) Double-Click on the WSETUP.EXE program.  (If you have the
  43.            WinCheck product in fron of you, the setup program is still
  44.            called SETUP.EXE)
  45.  
  46.         3) When the setup program asks for a directory, specify initial 
  47.            directory, or accept the given default.
  48.  
  49.         4) When the screen comes up that asks you what you want to
  50.            install, do your selections, or just hit the INSTALL ALL
  51.            button.  Hit the OK button to continue.

  95.  SOFTWARE LICENSE

  97.  Wilson WindowWare software is not and has never been public domain
  98.  software, nor is it free software. 
  99.  
  100.  Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use our
  101.  software on a 21-day trial basis for the purpose of determining
  102.  whether the software is suitable for their needs.  Any use
  103.  of our software, except for the initial 21-day trial, requires
  104.  registration.  The use of unlicensed copies of our software,
  105.  outside of the initial 21-day trial, by any person, business,
  106.  corporation, government agency or any other entity is
  107.  strictly prohibited.

  109.  A single user license permits a user to use one copy of the licensed
  110.  software product only on a single computer.  Licensed users may use
  111.  the program on different computers, but may not use the program
  112.  on more than one computer at the same time.
  113.  
  114.  No one may modify or patch any of our executable files in any way,
  115.  including but not limited to decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise
  116.  reverse engineering our software programs.
  117.  
  118.  A limited license is granted to copy and distribute our shareware
  119.  software only for the trial use of others, subject to the above
  120.  limitations, and also the following:

  122.   1)    The software must be copied in unmodified form, complete
  123.         with the file containing this license information.

  125.   2)    The full machine-readable documentation must be included
  126.         with each copy.

  128.   3)    Our software may not be distributed in conjunction with
  129.         any other  product with out a specific license to do so
  130.         from Wilson WindowWare.

  132.   4)    No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested or
  133.         accepted, except as authorized below:

  135.         A) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (sysops)
  136.            may make our products available for downloading only as
  137.            long as the above conditions are met.  An overall or
  138.            time-dependent charge for the use of the bulletin board
  139.            system is permitted as long as there is not a specific
  140.            charge for the download of our software.

  142.         B) Vendors of user-supported or shareware software approved by
  143.            the ASP may distribute our products, subject to the
  144.            above conditions, without specific permission.  Non-
  145.            approved vendors may distribute our products only after
  146.            obtaining written permission from Wilson WindowWare.
  147.            Such permission is usually granted.  Please write for
  148.            details (enclose your catalog).  Vendors may charge a
  149.            disk duplication and handling fee, which, when pro-rated
  150.            to each individual product, may not exceed eight dollars.

  152.         C) Non-profit user groups may distribute copies of the our
  153.            products to their members, subject to the above conditions,
  154.            without specific permission.  Non-profit groups may collect
  155.            a disk duplication fee not to exceed five dollars.

  157.   LIMITED WARRANTY

  159.   Wilson WindowWare guarantees your satisfaction with this
  160.   product for a period of 90 days from the date of original
  161.   purchase.  If you are unsatisfied with the product
  162.   within that time period, return the package in saleable
  163.   condition to the place of purchase for a full refund.

  165.   Wilson WindowWare warrants that all disks provided are
  166.   free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming
  167.   normal use, for a period of 90 days from the date of
  168.   purchase.

  170.   Wilson WindowWare warrants that the program will perform
  171.   in substantial compliance with the documentation supplied
  172.   with the software product.  If a significant defect in
  173.   the product is found, the purchaser may return the
  174.   product for a refund.  In no event will such a refund
  175.   exceed the purchase price of the product.

  177.   EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, WILSON WINDOWWARE DISCLAIMS ALL
  178.   WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT

  180.   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE
