  5. This small program allows time alarms to be set on a PC running MSDOS.

  7. Why yet another reminder program?
  8. - It's free and easy to use.
  9. - Memory overhead is a tiny 352 bytes.
  10. - Alarms can repeat hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
  11. - Hundreds of alarms can be set with different alarm noises/tunes.
  12. - 20 tunes and noises included and user can add new alarm noises/tunes.
  13. - No memory wasting toy notepad/calculator facilities.
  14. - Alarm sounding doesn't stop a running program.
  15. - Works under windows 3 - it is faster but less flexible than "Calendar".

  17. Why not?
  18. - Can't handle "first/last Tuesday of month".
  19. - Must exit, or shell out of, current application to silence an alarm.
  20. - Not graphically oriented and doesn't use a mouse.
  21. - Adding new alarm noises/tunes is tedious.
