- Introduction: If you change your environment variables frequently,
- you will need this full screen and easy to use Environment
- Editor (EED)!
-
- Of course, to most of you, this program is just a piece of
- cake. I don't expect to be rich by EED. However, if
- possible, any donation from 1 to 5 dollars will be
- appreciated. Or, you can just drop me a mail and give me
- some suggestion or comments.
-
- Installation: No installation is needed. Just type "EED" under the DOS
- prompt.
-
- Usage: By pressing F1, you will get a built-in help screen.
- If you have used any editor or word processor, you will be
- familiar with EED in ONE second.
-
- Notes: 1. Since it is useless to include any spaces or tabs in the
- environment variables, EED won't allow you to enter such
- characters.
-
- 2. No empty lines!! (EED will check it also)
-
- 3. EED will try to change its parent's environment only.
- That means, if you "shell out" from an application and
- run EED to edit the environment variables, all the change
- you have made will disappear when you quit from that
- application.

- | Without changing this document and the execution file (EED.EXE), |
- | you can distribute EED (must accompany with this document) as |
- | widely as you wish. |
