  7.   I'll keep this short and sweet.  Orginally DOSMAX and FREELOAD were
  8.   produced as tools for my own use.  The goal was to configure my computer
  9.   for the optimum balance between low and high memory.  I have since
  10.   extended the programs to support all the conditions I could think of
  11.   and thereby achieve this balance in as many configurations as possible.

  13.   Though I have made every effort to thoroughly test these programs under
  14.   a variety of demanding configurations, the basic algorithum relies on
  15.   unofficial features of MS-DOS and memory managers, and I do not accept
  16.   liability for any damage incurred to your computer or data resulting
  17.   from the use of these programs.

  19.   You are free to try DOSMAX and FREELOAD until you are satisfied that
  20.   they perform their functions properly and you decide they are useful
  21.   and desired in your configuration.  If you make the decision to continue
  22.   to use these programs, please pay for them.  Your $15.00 will help
  23.   defray my costs to produce them.
