  4.      If you are upgrading from CAM version 2.61 to CAM version 2.62,
  5.      a simple file replacement is only necessary.
  6.  
  7.      Copy the CAM.EX_ to the CAM.EXE file in your CAM directory.
  8.  
  9.      At the DOS prompt, type:

  11.      C> COPY A:\CAM.EX_ C:\CAM\CAM.EXE
  12.  
  13.      Whereby, C:\CAM is your CAM directory.  If your CAM directory is
  14.      different than the above example, then insert your directory in
  15.      place of the example directory given.

  17.      For upgrading from all other subsequent version, use either the
  18.      Installation Program, INSTALL.EXE, or the Upgrade Program, 
  19.      UPGRADE.EXE.  See the Readme File and CAM Documentation for use
  20.      of these utility programs.
