  12. There are many slowdown programs available, but this is the only
  13. one I know of that can slow down a self-booting program, i.e. one
  14. where you simply put the program disk in the computer and boot it.

  16. Source is included in the source.arj/source.zip archive.  Edit the
  17. makefile before assembling to reflect your configuration.
