  8.     PAYMENT TERMS

  10.     1. Payment must cover registration or upgrade fees and the corresponding
  11.        shipping costs:  To cover postage and handling, add $1.50 to the fees
  12.        of orders from the U.S., $2.50 from Canada and Mexico, and $3.50 from
  13.        any other country.

  15.     2. Purchase orders for site licenses are accepted from U.S. corporations
  16.        or federal/state goverment agencies.  Such orders must be paid within
  17.        30 days of receiving the items (net 30).

  19.     3. Other U.S. registration orders must be prepaid with a check or money
  20.        order.  Please do not send cash.
  21.  
  22.     4. All foreign registration orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars drawn
  23.        on a U.S. bank or financial institution; otherwise, please enclose an
  24.        additional $6.00 to defray actual bank charges for processing foreign
  25.        checks.  Orders not complying with this request will not be accepted.

  29.     DELIVERY TERMS

  31.     1. All orders are shipped first-class air mail.

  33.     2. Delivery may take a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks.

  35.     3. If the CPU/hardware program configuration is not specified (see below)
  36.        the most general configuration available shall be shipped.

  44.     réponse international) covering the postage fees, or enclose $2.50 (Canada
  45.     and Mexico) to $3.50 (other countries).
