- (Just a few changes to the documentation since the Jan. 5 '91 release.)
-
- DocPRINT is a program the formats and prints *.DOC files you get with
- ShareWare Programs.
-
- SO FAR DocPRINT works ONLY with EPSON (or compatible) printers!
-
- This is version 1.30 of DocPRINT...new features are:
- Automatic printing using a /P switch on the command line
- (great for using in batch files)
- Support for the PATH and DOCPRINT environment variables
- Version 1.24 Added...
- Internal MLL calculations
- Shelling to DOS
- Shelling to the file viewer from DocPRINT
- Selecting whether or not the Leader Page is printed
-
- (Version 2.00, (which was) to be released in late '89 or early '90,
- then delayed to late '90 has been further delayed...(but remember,
- I'm not Ashton-Tate!). Hopefully I will be able to get it out within
- this year. As before, I said version 2.00 will be able to use OTHER
- printers! Registered users of Version 1.10 & higher will receive a
- FREE Upgrade when it is finally released!)
-
- If things are OK so far, you can use DocPRINT to print out
- it's own documentation file!
-
- Load up you printer with at least 30 sheets of paper then enter:
-
- DOCPRINT DOCPRINT DOCPRINT /P
-
- at the DOS prompt. (It looks funny, but IT WILL work.)
-
- After you master DocPRINT, you will be able to reprint out the documentation
- and save yourself some paper every time you use it! Give the first copy
- to a friend.
