  6. Restore 5.5 is NOT a free program.  It is Shareware.  Using
  7. it after a one month free trial evaluation period without
  8. registering it is THEFT.
  9.  
  10. When you register, we will send you the latest version on a
  11. pretty coloured diskette.
  12.  
  13. Individual copies on diskette are $15.00 US or $18 Canadian
  14. including handling and shipping anywhere in the world.

  16. Site licence - one diskette plus the right to copy and use on:
  17. All following prices are in US dollars.  Add the current
  18. exchange rate for Canadian.

  20. 2 to 9 computers       $12.00  (each)
  21. 10 to 24                $9.00
  22. 5 to 49                 $7.00
  23. 50 to 99                $5.00
  24. 100 to 199              $4.00
  25. up to 1,000         $2,500.00  (in total)

  29. The unlimited licence would entitle you to a non-exclusive
  30. irrevocable worldwide licence to use, copy and distribute
  31. RESTORE within your own organization.  You would not have the
  32. right to sell it to other parties.  You may modify the source
  33. code to your own requirements, but the name and address of
  34. Canadian Mind Products must not be removed from the executable
  35. code.  However, our name and address need not display when
  36. RESTORE is run.  There is a special equate switch calling
  37. INSTALLING to generate a version of RESTORE specially designed
  38. for distributing commercial software packages.  RESTORE must be
  39. used for non-military purposes only.

  41. Note that the pricing structure is silly in that in some cases,
  42. if you buy extra copies, the total price is less.  To avoid this
  43. anomaly we would have had to give you a formula, or a separate
  44. price for each quantity.
