  I recently saw a program to set ERRORLEVEL in batch programs, and it
was shareware for twenty bucks! Here's one for free, complete with
source (all one executable line of it). No fancy screens for help or
license info. It's yours, and worth what you paid for it.

  Included is a test program for this or any other program which sets
the ERRORLEVEL (test.bat).
