  4.   These are just some of the enhancements planned for future releases
  5.   of The SPUTTER Sound System:
  6.  
  7.         . Mouse support will be added to the SPUTTER File Manager.
  8.  
  9.         . Background playback capability will be added to SPUTROL, the ROL
  10.           file player.
  11.  
  12.         . A special editor for Event Definition files will be added to
  13.           SPUTTER to simplify the creation and modification of these files.
  14.  
  15.         . Access to all of the Event Monitor switches will be added to
  16.           the SPUTTER pull-down menus.
  17.  
  18.         . An improved male voice and a new female voice will be provided
  19.           for text-to-speech translations.
  20.  
  21.         . The SPUTTER argument selection screens, will be expanded into
  22.           fill-in forms with switch values selected by using arrow keys.
  23.  
  24.         . I'm considering the possibility of adding the ability to store
  25.           and play ROL files in ZIP files.  This would require extensive
  26.           changes to the SPUTTER File Manager, so I'd like to hear how
  27.           important this is to anyone.  If I get enough feedback that it's
  28.           a very desirable feature - I'll go for it!
  29.  
  30.         . Support for extended & expanded memory may be added to be used
  31.           for loading digitized sound files.
  32.  
  33.         . A new utility called SPUTIL (SPutter-UTILity), to convert or encode
  34.           sound files into compressed formats to save disk space.
  35.  
  36.         . Add support for playback of files of unlimited size.
