  4. Rationalized APL\PC is an experimental APL interpreter model that
  5. implements the concept of rationalized APL and the APL Dictionary
  6. proposed by K.E. Iverson. Although only a subset of the Dictionary
  7. APL the interpreter provides the basic functionalities of a future
  8. 3rd generation APL.

  13. The RATAPL.ARC file contains the interpreter and ancillary files,
  14. plus some descriptions. Before running the interpreter, you should
  15. read RATANN.DOC (an overview) and RATAPL.DOC (the documentation).
