  5. Here, at last, for your enjoyment is a quote of the day program for
  6. OS/2 Presentation Manager.
  7.  
  8. Usage:  The file QUOTES.BBS must be in the current directory, along
  9. with QUOTER.EXE, or QUOTER.EXE must be accessible from the path.  The
  10. program will randomly choose a quote from the file, and display it.  
  11.  
  12. The quotes file can be added to at any time using your favourite
  13. ASCII text editor.  Quotes should be separated by completely empty
  14. lines (no spaces, tabs, etc.).  Blank lines can be embedded in quotes
  15. by making sure that there is at least one space on the line.

  17. This program is release to the public domain "as is".  No warranty is
