- The send command allows you to send mail to a remote node or to place a
- message within an area on this mailbox. The send mail command will not
- deliver mail to a station on the PBBS network unless it is mailed via
- a mail clearing node, for example GB3XP. The format of this command is
- complex but here is a brief overview.
- S <area-name> - send a message to an area.
- S <user-name> - send mail to another user here.
- S <user> @ <host> [< from] [$bull-id] - send to a user at a remote node.
- S <user>%<host> @ <via-host> [< from] [$bull-id] - send on specific route
- The from and bulletin-id fields are for specialised use. The S command
- may be followed by P, B or any other message type you use. For example,
- SP kelvin @ g1emm.ampr.org < G1XYZ $XYZ123
- PLEASE NOTE:- 3rd PARTY MAIL IS ONLY PERMITTED ON GB7xxx NODES!!
