  2. The Cluster command logs you into the local TCP/IP chat node.

  4. It works much like TheNet "Mini-Convers" or G8BPQ Node "CHAT" and
  5. will allow you to chat to all users logged in to the node or any of
  6. those users privately.

  8. Users may not be looged into this machine since 'cluster' can connect
  9. the chat nodes on many TCP/IP machines simoultaneously but you still be
  10. able to talk to them, either as a 'broadcast' or privately.
