  2. PCElm is a mail user agent for IBM-compatible PCs under MSDOS.

  17. Before you start pcelm.exe, you _must_ read the manual, either the
  18. online version, pcelm.man, or the printed manual you got from us.
  19. You'll need to read at least the section on installing PCElm.
  20.  
  21. pcelm.exe won't run as delivered, you have to edit some lines in pcelm.rc
  22. first and install the language you plan to use by copying one of the
  23. message files to pcelm.msg.
