  49.  For users of EGA or VGA systems, you can now have more text on the screen.
  50.  To enable the 43/50 line mode,  set the 25+ parameter on the configuration
  51.  to Y.  All functions will be resized to fit on a larger text window.

  65.  A mouse can be used to select a message.  While moving the mouse, the
  66.  window will scroll through the messages.  The Left button selects the
  67.  message, and the Right button displays a menu of functions.  Mouse
  68.  support is automatic if a mouse driver is loaded from DOS before
  69.  starting the View mailer.

  81.  Use Alt-A to activate the Add-On Manager.  To start an application from
  82.  within the mailer, use the key that corresponds to the scan code given.

  98.  must be logged into the server to read, or to send a message.  Messages
