  3. This release of Charon is principally a bug-fix release. It fixes a major
  4. bug in the TCP code, minor problems with the timezone (TZ) settings, and
  5. adds the capability of mailing to Novell groups.

  8. If your Charon gateway occasional stops receiving mail via SMTP, you should 
  9. get this version. If you haven't had any problems, upgrading is optional.
  10.  
  11. If you have an existing Charon configuration, you need only begin using the
  12. new charon.exe, no configuration file changes are needed.
  13.  
  14. The Supervisor's manual has been re-written under WordPerfect 5.1
  15. (it used to be in Script (ack)). Additional installation and operation
  16. instructions are included in the manual.
  17.  
  18. The Supervisor's manual is available in three forms. (50 pages)
  19.  
  20.     manual.ps  - PostScript output  (preferred)
  21.     manual.txt - LinePrinter output (ugly)
  22.     manual.wp  - WordPerfect 5.1 (tm) (for everyone else)

  24. All three forms are included in the .ZIP file. The manuals are available
