  6.              Files on this disk. The following files are contained on 
  7.         this diskette:
  8.              1. KINSTALL.EXE -- Initializes, converts, and installs 
  9.         KANSYS, inc. software.
  10.              2. TBRL.EXE -- The TurboBraille program.
  11.              3. TBRL.HLP -- The TurboBraille on-line help file.
  12.              4. TBRL.XLT -- The TurboBraille translation rules (an ASCII 
  13.         file).
  14.              5. TBRL_REF.LST -- A "quick reference" list of TurboBraille 
  15.         commands.
  16.              6. TBRL.DOC -- The TurboBraille manual.
  17.              7. READ.ME -- This file.
  18.         
  19.              Installation. The program KINSTALL.EXE will (1) initialize 
  20.         your new KANSYS, Inc. software, (2) convert it from a demo to a 
  21.         permanent version, and (3) install its critical files on your 
  22.         computer. For steps one and two, KINSTALL and the TurboBraille 
  23.         software must both reside on a floppy disk that is not write-
  24.         protected, and must be placed in your A: or your B: drive. For 
  25.         all three steps, the other files comprising your new software 
  26.         must reside in the same directory as KINSTALL. To initialize, 
  27.         convert,  and install your new software, simply type "KINSTALL" 
  28.         at the A: or the B: prompt, press "enter," and follow directions. 
  29.         Note: if you have free demo versions of our software, KINSTALL 
  30.         omits the initialization and conversion steps, and performs only 
  31.         the installation step.
  32.         
  33.              To start the program, log onto the device and directory 
  34.         containing the files you wish to process and type "TBRL" at the 
  35.         prompt.  You may include the "/H" switch to go directly into the 
  36.         "help file"; if you type only "TBRL" you will be reminded how to 
  37.         get help. If your copy of Turbo Braille is a demonstration copy, 
  38.         you will be so advised during the sign-on sequence.  The only 
  39.         limitation is that only one page of braille will be produced at a 
  40.         time.  You may use all the other features without limitations, 
  41.         including the conversion of source documents to "BIF" files.  The 
  42.         one page limitation allows you to examine the translation and 
  43.         formatting of typical or challenging problems and allows you to 
  44.         evaluate its performance.  We hope you like Turbo Braille.
