  1. CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES

  3.      We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more
  4. perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic Tranquility,
  5. provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and
  6. secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity,
  7. do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States
  8. of America.

  10.      Article 1.

  12.      Section 1.  All legislative Powers herein granted shall be
  13. vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of
  14. a Senate and House of Representatives.
  15.  
  16.      Section 2.  The House of Representatives shall be composed
  17. of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several
  18. States, and the Electors in each State shall have the
  19. Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch
  20. of the State Legislature.
  21.      No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have
  22. attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a
  23. Citizen of the United States,and who shall not, when elected, be
  24.
