  1.  This screen shows that you already have a cemetery ID  
  2.  existing on the master file that is the same as the
  3.  ID in your laptop file.  If they are they same you
  4.  can just answer yes and the transfer will continue. If 
  5.  you answer no, then you will be offered the chance to  
  6.  select a new ID from the master file or to enter a new 
  7.  ID number and name.
  8.  Use the arrow keys to select an existing data file to 
  9.  transfer the new data to, or press the 'INS' key to
  10.  make a new data file.
  11.  The main menu shows you the current source data drive
  12.  and the destination data drive/file.
  13.  The choices are as follows:
  14. "TRANSFER DATA"
  15. Move the data from the
  16. laptop disk files to
  17. the destination file.
  18. "CHANGE DESTINATION
  19. Select another file
  20.      DATA FILE"
  21. to send the laptop files
  22. to. You can either select
  23. an existing file or make
  24. a new one.
  25. "CHANGE SOURCE DATA
  26. Change to drive for the
  27. DISK"
  28. laptop source disk.
  29.  Enter a 1-6 character file name first.  It must be a  
  30.  unique name and cannot contain any punctuation
  31.  characters.  This name is used for the DOS file name. 
  32.  The program will not allow you to enter a duplicate
  33.  file name.
  34.  The second entry is for a 1-25 character descriptive  
  35.  file name that you will be using to actually access
  36.  this file from this point on.
  37.  You can either use the arrow keys to select an existing 
  38.  cemetery and press the "ENTER" key to select it, or you 
  39.  can press the "INS" key to enter a new cemetery to save 
  40.  the laptop data to.
  41.  Enter the cemetery ID number which must be a unique 
  42.  number. (The program won't allow you to enter a
  43.  duplicate number so this won't be a problem.)
  44.  Then enter the cemetery name and any special data
  45.  such as directions on how to get to it.
  46.  Enter the drive/path to where the laptop data files are 
  47.  located. Examples: A:\
  48. C:\temp\
  49. DUP_HLP 
  50. FILE_HLP
  51. MAIN_MNU]

  53. SRC_HLP
