  1.         ■ PRINTING OUT PEDIGREES

  3.         Text pedigrees can be read into a word processor and printed out
  4.         from there, or can be printed directly to an Epson or IBM
  5.         compatible printer with the following command:
  6.  
  7.         COPY filename.tre PRN
  8.  
  9.         Graphics pedigrees can be input into Microsoft Paint, edited if
  10.         necessary, and then output to a printer. New versions of Paint
  11.         no longer work correctly with large diagrams. Other programs 
  12.         designed to work with Microsoft Paint files can also be used, 
  13.         for example WordPerfect 5 works well (at least for small 
  14.         pedigrees) and can be used to incorporate pedigree diagrams 
  15.         into text.

  17.         To print out pedigrees without using Microsoft Windows the
  18.         program PRMSP.EXE can be used to print MSP files to an Epson or
  19.         IBM compatible dot-matrix printer or a laser printer:
