  3.         These can either be entered on the command line, when the
  4.         program is first run, or when the "Configure settings" option is
  5.         chosen <CONFIGUR>, or in batch mode instead of an ID <BATCH>.
  6.         All flags may be upper or lower case. To use flags on the
  7.         command line enter:

  9.         PEDRAW /FLAG1 /FLAG2 etc.

  11.         or:

  13.         PEDRAW datafile.dat /FLAG1 /FLAG2 etc.

  15.         The section on the "Configure settings" option clarifies the 
  16.         effects of some of the flags <CONFIGUR>.
