  6. echo prompt: BROWSE MTG.DOC (this runs a public domain utility that displays
  7. echo the file -- use the arrow keys, PgUp and PgDn to move through the file.
  8. echo Press ESC to exit back to DOS).

  10. echo   To print the docs,position the print head right at the perforation,
  11. echo turn your printer on, and type at the DOS prompt: PRINTER -- the docs
  12. echo will print out with correct page breaks and a left margin so you can
  13. echo hole punch them -- 34 pages altogether.

  15. echo   This shareware version of Making The Grade may be freely copied and
  16. echo given to others or posted on a BBS.  Nothing may be charged for it,
  17. echo except for the cost of media and distribution (diskette and shipping
  18. echo cost, for example).  The program must be distributed in its entirety,
