  11. Computer Assisted Testing materials for constructing technical tests
  12. are made available here.  This first version supports only numerical
  13. answers, a version supporting formula answers is under development.
  14. The system avoids a multiple choice environment, allows students to
  15. obtain "help" if they get the wrong answers, allows students to
  16. comment on the nature of questions (including objections to them),
  17. allows grading examinations in real time, and generally forces
  18. students to either answer exam questions correctly or leave an
  19. examination for more study.
