  5. QEdit Advanced is a FAST, easy-to-use, full-featured program/text editor for 
  6. entering program code, ASCII text, letters, and simple documents. While QEdit 
  7. Advanced is affordable in price and compact in size (46K disk space, 
  8. requiring less than 64K DOS memory), it is quite rich in features: "pop-down" 
  9. menus and customizable Help screen; ability to edit dozens of files in up to 
  10. eight windows; full support for character, line, and column block operations;
  11. easy-to-use macro capability, with keyboard recording and support for 
  12. conditional logic; cut-and-paste/template operations with 99 named scratch 
  13. buffers; option to select a file from a directory list; sort command; 
  14. complete configurability of screen colors and keyboard assignments; various 
  15. word-processing features, such as wordwrap, paragraph reformating, and 
  16. line-centering; specific programming features, such as automatic indentation 
  17. for "C" programming, and ability to execute command-line compilers from 
  18. within QEdit Advanced; support for 101-key keyboards, EGA 43-line mode, and 
  19. VGA 50-line mode; and much more.

  22. documentation is included in the QEDIT.DOC and READ.ME files. The file
