  33. TheDraw is a powerful screen image generator/editor for color and monochrome 
  34. video users.  We use TheDraw to compose advertisement screens here at
  35. MICRONEWS.  TheDraw makes designing and figuring out a video screen display
  36. childs play.

  38. TheDraw's basic premise is...be easy to use.  The most novice computer user can 
  39. make an ANSI text file screen with TheDraw in only minutes. Then, he can
  40. explore and use more of the power available in TheDraw.

  42. The biggest problem facing most people is we really do not know what will look
  43. good until we see it.  Manually editing a screen can literally take hours. 
  44. TheDraw allows you to free form until you really know what is perfect.  With 
  45. the picture in mind, you can quickly develop whatever is necessary or instruct
  46. TheDraw to create a data file which can be used.  Instead of hours, making a 
  47. screen takes minutes.

  77. TheDraw was originally written as an improvement to a program named AnsiDraw by
  78. Amrich Enterprises.  Both programs provided similar operation, with TheDraw
  79. giving a much enhanced user interface.
  80.  
  81. TheDraw has been vastly improved over the abilities of AnsiDraw, and most other
  82. screen editors.  It is compatible with systems that have 150k of free memory
  83. available.  Monochrome and Color monitor users are supported, and a special 
  84. keyboard driver allows you to redefine keystrokes that do not operate properly
  85. or are used by other programs (registered version).

  87. Another feature TheDraw fully supports is ANIMATION.  With this facility you
  88. can develop quick and dirty presentations, or simply make a generic screen
  89. appear with pizzazz.  You can either let TheDraw make an animation sequence
  90. from a static image, or one can be made from scratch; thus letting you fully
  91. control the appearance of your work. TheDraw gives you a maximum of 16000
  92. separate animation "entries" to handle the most complex job.  The final result
  93. can be saved either as an ANSI file (Ansi Animation) or TheDraw format file.
