  7. Well, here we are again...something like a bad penny comes to mind.  As a
  8. famous writer once said, "The best made plans of mice and men....", we have
  9. seen a need to make some changes.
  10.  
  11. Actually doing something is like that.  You can plan and plan and plan, but
  12. when you finally get around to putting the plan into action...well, to say the
  13. least, things change!

  15. One of the biggies for us is that we see the need for more byte space.  We
  16. think it's needed for a couple reasons.  One is that you don't want to spend
  17. several hours downloading the latest issue of MICRONEWS...not everyone has a
  18. HST 14,000 baud modem!  Secondly, we want to be able to bring you relevant,
  19. helpful articles...and need the space to do it.  Thirdly, we hope you will save
  20. some of the issues on diskette because of an article, a list, or something you
  21. want to keep.

  34. The only way we could see our way to more byte space was to semi-eliminate the
  35. glossary.  We say "semi-eliminate" because it will reappear as we think it's
  36. needed.

  38. So, you won't find the glossary in this issue.  However, if you liked it and 
  39. already trashed the January, 1991 MICRONEWS, there's still hope.  Some of the
  40. bulletin boards in the area still have it up.  Also, you can check out our
  41. NewStands <NS>, they will always have the current year's issues.
