  1. Note:  For some reason the NRO utility that I am using, does some
  2.        wierd stuff.  In order to get the nice printout that NRO
  3.        produces, you must print the CNEWS012.NWS file using the
  4.        DOS Print command.  If you try and print the file from
  5.        a word processor, it will double space and other stuff.
  6.        I will try and figure out how to fix it, if not by the
  7.        next issue I will go back to ROFF.
