  1.   A program which does stars flying at you. Interesting effect.

  5. This is a quick little pascal program I whipped up over the summer just for
  6. fun, and I thought others might enjoy it.  It displays the usual 3-d starfield
  7. you see in shows such as Star Trek.  In addition I have incorporated some
  8. rotating triangles flying out at you to make the field more interesting.  Use
  9. the numeric keypad (with NUM LOCK on) to steer (keys 8, 4, 6, 2, and 5).  The
  10. 0 button displays a laser but you can't really shoot anything (maybe in a
  11. future version if there's any demand).  The space bar switches views from fore
  12. to aft.  If nothing else it's a neat screen-saver program to run while you
  13. are away from your computer for a while.  The "!" key exits (chosen since it's
  14. shifted and won't be hit accidentally).
